Marist Mission

Sainte-Marie Mission, Dakar

  • Dakar, Senegal
  • Since 2016
  • Mission station

Our newest African presence, in a country where Catholics are a small minority living on good terms with a Muslim majority. The work here is patient and unspectacular: presence, friendship, and service offered without distinction of religion.

The health post attached to the mission treats several hundred people a month and is run by local staff.
